Seven members of Colombia’s armed forces were sentenced to 23 years and
8 years in jail Friday for the torture of four young men in Medellín.
The two officers and five soldiers of the army’s 4th brigade were proven to have tortured the four young men from Comuna 13 who were suspected of having sexually molested a neighbor.
