Independiente Santa Fe came back from behind to beat Venezuelan side Caracas FC 2-1 in the Copa Sudamericana.
After beating Deportivo Lara in the first round, Bogota outfit Santa Fe faced yet another Venezuelan side in the first leg of the second round.
And things initially did not go well against Caracas, who took the lead on 37 minutes with Castillo Heatklif finding the target after a cross from Gomez.
The home side performed better after the break and equalised in the 55th minute. Venezuelan Luis Manuel Seijas, a Caracas player from 2003 to 2005, struck and had his shot deflected past the keeper by a defender.
And the winning goal came in the 71st minute when Oscar Rodas headed past keeper Vicente Vega for a 2-1 final result.
The two sides will face again in the Venezuelan capital on Thursday, September 24.
