The process of electing the new Miss Colombia kicked off in Cartagena Sunday. The most beautiful women of all departments have gathered in the coastal city to determine who can represent Colombia at Miss Universe 2009.
The 25 misses will be taking part in a time consuming process to elect Colombia’s most beautiful. The final night of the election is on November 11 and will be broadcast live on Colombian national television.
