Ramírez had been part of the civlian staff of the Colombian military since 2005 and had access to military compounds and information, normally out of reach for civilians or lower ranked military personnel.
The alleged guerrilla is suspected of involvement with a car bombing at the military university in Bogotá that left 23 people injured.
Unless the prosecution is able to indict the suspect today, she will be released from prison.
