Colombia’s main coffee brand Juan Valdez started selling its coffee online to customers in the United States and Canada.
According to the Colombian Coffee Growers’ Federation, the Juan Valdez website should generate as much income as the fourteen Juan Valdez shops already operating in the U.S.
“At this time, many consumers in the United States prefer drinking a good cup of coffee at home than in a public place. So that is where we will be delivering Colombian coffee,” Juan Esteban Orduz of the Coffee Growers’ Federation said in a press statement.
