The Samsonite suitcase was found with the help of informants and contain the administration of properties and associates of the AUC-head.According to the police, the documents show how Mancuso owned property that was officially registered to secret associates. The amount of documents found is so large, the police hasn’t been able to established how many properties and associates are involved.Colonel Oscar Atehortua of the Montería police Department, told W Radio the cove, hidden behind electronically controlled furniture, was “like a magic box you see in movies”. Police found four suitcases in the cove, one containing the secret administration of Mancuso.The administration was handed over to the Money Laundering Unit of the National Police, who will further investigate the content of the administrative treasure.Salvatore Mancuso is currently in a U.S. prison awaiting trial. He is charged with the production and trafficking of drugs.
