América highest ranked Colombian team

The list is spearheaded by two English teams, Manchester United and Chelsea, the two finalists of the European Champions League last season. FC Barcelona are third, ahead of the best South American team, Boca Juniors. Liverpool complete the top five.

The best Brazilian team on the list is Fluminense of Rio de Janeiro in 12th place, while the highest ranked South American team that isn’t from either Argentina or Brazil, is to be found in 33rd place: Current South American champions Liga de Quito from Ecuador.
