Colombian soap opera actor Gregorio Pernia got emotional Wednesday as he asked Colombians to forgive his past misdemeanors, before again chastising TV presenter Jota Mario for his own lack of integrity.
Pernia welled up in the second of a series of online videos attacking Mario for calling model and TV personality Jessica Cediel “plastic butt,” on Mario’s show Muy Buenos Dias. Poor old Cediel just can’t seem to shake off the booty scandal, after ruining her (literally) winning behind with botched implants.
In his latest courageous stand against the mistreatment of women (or Colombian models), a tearful Pernia confessed to insulting an unnamed woman eight years ago, before asking Colombians to “imagine how difficult,” the confession was for him.
He then pledged to continue his campaign, before once again demanding a public apology of Jota Mario.
Pernia concluded saying he and Jota Mario have an opportunity to be “creators of peace” in their country.
We couldn’t agree more. Making sure nobody says anything bad about celebrities is surely the first step towards peace in Colombia.
