A recent survey found Bogota’s real estate to be worth an estimated $100 million, Colombia’s Finance Minister announced Tuesday.
The survey examined Bogota’s 2,112,000 precincts and found that the commercial centers with the greatest increases in value included Plaza de las Americas, Salitre Plaza and Santa Ana, where property value rose on average 50%. Other malls, including Unicentro de Occidente, saw their value fall by 10%.
According to El Espectador, starting next week property owners can check the value of their estate by visiting Bogota’s Mayor’s website.
