Rodríguez Herrera (40), also known as ‘the man in the red shirt’ was arrested last Friday in the Colombian capital Bogotá, together with seven of his associates.’The man in the red shirt’ was one of the lieutenants of ‘Don Diego’ and was on the list of successors after the capture of the drug lord in 2007. Colombian authorities had promised a 500 million peso (US$ 270,000) reward for his arrest.
