by Kirsten Begg November 19, 2009

Daniel Sanchez

The mother of a 22 year old man murdered in Medellin created a Facebook group in an attempt to find her son’s killer and bring him to justice.

Daniel Sanchez Rivera was shot to death outside a Medellin bar following an altercation inside the bar. The murder fled but was identified by witnesses but has not been caught.

The business student’s mother Consuelo Rivera created the group in an attempt to seek justice for Daniel’s death. To date the page has had over 11,000 views.

Daniel’s family asked police to release a photo of the alleged murderer and are offering a reward for information leading to his arrest.
