One day before their Bogotá concert, rock giants Kiss arrived in
Colombia’s capital and expressed to be “excited” to touch Colombian soil
for the first time in their not very short lives.
“It’s our first time in this country, something that is very exciting for us, because we have traveled everywhere in Latin America and never set foot on this soil,” singer Paul Stanley told music website Vive.in.
Kiss is playing Bogotá’s El Campín stadium Saturday where authorities imposed strict security measures after a concert by fellow rock mammoths Iron Maiden ended in riots.
Newspaper El Espectador Saturday published the rock band’s official setlist.
