The group is suspected of supplying visas and false documents to people smugglers. Five of the arrested suspects work for the Presidency of Colombia, one as secretary at the presidential palace.The arrests ironically follow statements by a top U.S. official saying Colombia is an example for other Latin Americn countries in fighting human trafficking.
