The Colombian government plans to spend $6 billion in the coming years on the improvement of the country’s oil pipelines, Mining Minister Carlos Rodado said Friday.
According to the minister, the investment is necessary because of the increase in oil production in the country.
Rodado told Caracol Radio that the government, government-owned oil company Ecopetrol, and multinational investors will carry out the update on the country’s network of oil pipelines.
