Hooligans of Colombian second division soccer team Bucaramanga have returned the jewelry, watches and wallets they had stolen from players of their team during Saturday’s training. the police said.
According to Bucaramanga police commissioner Jose Angel Mendoza, the nine hooligans who were arrested after the robbery, arranged that the stolen goods were returned to the players of their team after which they were released.
The board of the soccer team protested the release and filed charges against the hooligans as one of the players was stabbed through the hand while trying to prevent the robbery and the team was threatened if their performance in the second division did not improve.
