Three people were killed in a traffic accident in the east of Bogota early Sunday morning, local authorities said.
According to the reports, the drunk driver of a minivan crashed into a parked vehicle in the Villa Gladis neighborhood, killing instantly all three inside the car.
The minivan driver was arrested by police.
