Colombian Alejandro Falla handed Wimbledon wild card

Colombian tennis player Alejandro Falla has been handed a wild card for Wimbledon.

Falla almost had one of the biggest upsets of the tournament last year when he took the opening two sets against defending champion Roger Federer in the first round only to fall in five sets.

Falla is ranked 82 on the ATP world ranking.

Wimbledon begins on June 20.
