Bogota on Thursday elected Melisa Cano as the capital’s representative for the Miss Colombia beauty pageant to be held in Cartagena in November.
The new Miss Bogota is 20-years old marketing student and is 5ft9 tall.
According to newspaper El Tiempo, the new Miss like to dance, paintball, and extreme sports.
Cano is not the first beauty queen in her family; her cousin once was Miss Atlantico.
