Marky Ramone, drummer of the legendary punk band The Ramones, will come to Colombia in May with his new band, the Marky Ramone’s Blitzkrieg.
The concert is scheduled to be held at the Las Vegas Nevada theater in Bogota on May 20.
It’s the first time Marky Ramone, the only surviving member of the band plays in Colombia, although it’s not the first time Marky set foot on Colombian soil, he told newspaper El Tiempo.
“Seven years ago I arrived at the airport (of Bogota) and all my friends and fans were outside waiting for me, but I had to go back, I never knew what happened,” the drummer said.
