The film, under the working title of “Escribana” or “The Scribe,” tells the story of a Colombian girl searching for peace after the death of her father. Though information is scarce the film will reportedly be produced by the Smith’s company, Overbrook Entertainment.
Also on board the project is Jhonny Hendrix, the Colombian director of “Choco.”
