H1N1 claims more deaths

Colombia news - swine flu masks

The H1N1 influenza virus has taken 305 lives in Colombia, according to the National Institute of Health, reports RCN radio Tuesday.

During 2010 there were 1,053 confirmed cases and 73 victims of the so-called “swine flu.”

The first case of the H1N1 virus in Colombia was confirmed in May 2009.
