Reggaeton hero Don Omar will join Colombian stars this Friday January 5 for a tropical music tour de force at the inaugural Gira-Gira Giradot Music Festival just outside Bogota.
Don Omar, Jorge Celedon and Silvestre Dangond will come together on stage at the the 2012 Gira-Gira festival, which takes place in the town of Giradot, two hours from capital Bogota in the central Colombian department of Cundinamarca.
Puerto Rican singer-rapper sensation Don Omar, known as the “King of Reggaeton”, will perform a string of his internationally successful hits including “Danza Kuduro”, “Dutty Love” and “RX” from new album “Meet The Orphans”.
Representing Colombia’s homegrown talent, Celedon and Dangond — two of Colombia’s biggest vallento music stars — will also perform solo material alongside the show’s all-star duet.
The one-night festival, being held at Giradot’s Luis Duque Peña stadium, promises to showcase Latin America’s top musical talents with the industry best in music and sound technology.
