Colombian songstress Shakira may soon add another achievement to her already successful career: Playboy cover girl.
Reports have surfaced from MTV Latin America that the superstar is in talks to shoot an elegant photo spread for the famous men’s magazine. The “Underneath Your Clothes” singer may keep hers on for the photo shoot, refusing to pose fully nude, according to Spanish language TV network Univision.
According to RCN Radio, the pop star would reportedly receive $50 million for her appearance in the magazine, although she plans to donate the money to her charity, the Barefoot Foundation, which seeks to make education readily available to children around the globe.
It remains unclear how Shakira’s beau, Spanish soccer stud Gerard Pique, feels about his Latin lover’s alleged plans to appear nude for her horny adoring fans. It was alleged May 9 that the Barcelona F.C. star enjoyed ogling pictures of women on his cellphone that weren’t his girlfriend.
The celebrity pair denied that their relationship was on the rocks amid rumors that Pique was having an affair with Israeli supermodel Bar Refaeli.
“Our relationship is better than ever,” Shakira told Univision.
