Madonna announces 2nd concert in Colombia

Pop singer Madonna announced a second concert date Wednesday in Colombia’s second largest city of Medellin on November 29.

The announcement appeared on the singer’s webpage after Madonna’s first performance in the city, set for November 28, sold-out in less than a week, causing many Colombians to push the mayor and concert organizers to add another date.

Medellin Mayor Anibal Gaviria claimed Madonna’s performance in Antioquia’s capital was an “important step towards the city’s internationalization,” and welcomed those who would “get a second chance to see this international music phenomenon.”

Madonna’s second show is scheduled for November 29 at 8PM.

Tickets to the general public will be sold starting Tuesday July 17 through tuboleta.com or through Call Center Tu Boleta: (1) 593 63 00.
