Jumbo Crossover Concert heads to Bogota and Medellin

Colombia’s two largest cities prepare for the massively popular Jumbo Concierto Crossover, which has been entertaining music lovers for the past seven years.

Medellin and Bogota will host the seventh annual Jumbo Concierto Crossover (Jumbo Crossover Concert) on April 19 and 20 respectively.

This year’s festival promises to bring together popular artists from multiple genres to rock the stage for the Paisas and Rolos.

Dominican reggaeton star Arcangel will be on hand representing as the international act, and Colombian performers J. Balvin, Silvestre Dangond, Pipe Pelaez, Monsieur Perine, Alkilados are also set to rock the crowd.

Fans got to elect a special guest this year and their choice was Latin pop rock great Andres Cepeda.

The party will come to Medellin’s Plaza de Toros on Friday, April19 and will move on to Bogota’s Parque Simon Bolivar on Saturday, April 20 starting at 4PM.

Concert promoters are taking a page from Willy Wonka and offering tickets to those who purchase Jumbo chocolate bars. Delivering 13 wrappers (six of which must be marked with a Jumbo Concierto logo) will get you a Platinum concert pass. Six (three of which must be marked with a Jumbo Concierto logo) will get you a Priority ticket.
