Heavy rains kill three, displaces hundreds

Three people died and hundreds of families were evacuated from their
homes after heavy rains hit central Colombia, causing floods and
landslides.

The rains led to emergency situations in the departments of Tolima, Caldas, Quindío and Antioquia.

The second wave of heavy rains this year has already caused the evacuation of half a million people all over Colombia.
