Argentine singer, Fito Paez, returns to Colombia to play two gigs in Bogota and Medellin, to celebrate 20 years since the release of influential album “Love after Love.”
Fito Paez is established as one of the most important artists in Argentina and in Latin America and “Love after love” is the highest-selling record in the history of Argentine rock. At the peak of its popularity 750,000 copies were sold, and this number has since grown to over 1,100,000.
“Live after love is the highest-selling record in the history of Argentina rock and demonstrates a clear turning point in the life of Fito Paez, establishing him as one of the most important artists in both his country and in Latin American,” states the artist’s website.
The concerts will give fans a chance to appreciate the Argentine’s classic 8th studio album, originally released in 1992.
The Bogota gig will take place at El Palacio de los Deportes stadium on May 4 at, 7PM. Music lovers can also catch Paez on May 5 at 4PM in the botanical gardens of Medellin, the city of eternal spring.
