Colombian crooner Andres Cepeda comes to Medellin

Medellin Cultural presents a Bogota-native Andres Cepeda in concert on September 10 at the city’s Teatro Metropolitano.

For the “Live and Direct” tour show in Medellin, Cepeda will be playing with latin jazz drummer Horacio “El Negro” Hernandez, bassist John Benitez, pianist Alexander Alonso, and trumpet playing, keyboard slamming, music composer Dahyan Diaz.

According to El Negro, a musical endeavour should include “a good song, good production, and a good interpretation,  so that by means of this artistic expression, one can show the beauty of the music. And in this concert in particular, Andres Cepeda will be adding his personal ingredient, his melodies and his fluidity.”

The original show planned for 8PM on September 10 has already been sold out, so Andres Cepeda is offering a second concert the same day at 5PM to satisfy fans.

Tickets are available from $24-48 dollars at Taquilla del Teatro, Prodiscos (Unicentro), Entertainment Store (El Tesoro) and Exito supermarkets (Colombia, Envigado, Laureles, El Poblado, Bello, San Antonio, Rionegro).
