Authorities put US$100 thousand on Don Mario capos heads

Colombian authorities offer a nearly US$100 thousand reward for information
leading to the arrest of the five capos of the alleged drug trafficking
organization of ‘Don Mario’.

The reward will be given to anyone giving information leading to the arrest of Aristides Manuel ‘El Indio’ Meza Páez, Manuel ‘Movil 5’ Salvador Ospina, Juan ‘Giovany’ de Dios Usura David, Modesto Palacio Reyes and Marco Fidel ‘Mateo’ Barba Palacio.

According to the authorities, these five men are Daniel ‘Don Mario’ Rendón’s top commanders and responsible for his activities in northern Antioquia.

So far, authorities arrested 30 people who are suspected of being part of the alleged paramilitary drug lord.

‘Don Mario’ recently declared war to the authorities in Córdoba and offered two million pesos for any killed member of the security forces. He is suspected of being one of the three most important men in the Colombian drug trade and working with the Águilas Negras in the west of Colombia.
