Argentine rock hero Andres Calamaro on Friday expressed his desire for another Colombian tour.
“Not a day goes by that I don’t deeply desire to return to Colombia,” the Argentine musician said in an interview with Radio W.
Referring to his previous visit Calamaro said, “In 2008 we had some of our most profound experiences the first time we came to play in Bogota, Medellin, and Cali.”
The singer-songwriter spoke passionately about Colombia saying, “In 2009 I returned to ask for citizenship, and I will not stop insisting on being considered Colombian.”
He went on to say that he not only enjoyed performing in Colombia as a musician, but his personal experience was very splendid and warm.
Calamaro is currently on tour with his next concert Saturday in Miami Beach, FL.
