Amigos Invisibles to play in Bogota

The Venezuelan latin funk band Amigos Invisibles will be arriving in Bogota Friday to perform and celebrate their 20th anniversary of rocking out around the world.

After their park performance in Medellin on Monday to celebrate the Flower Festival, they will be returning to the capital for another night full of musical enjoyment.

The band has been traveling around the world for 20 years now, bringing their own blend of funk, groove, and Latin rhythms. After nearly two years without performing in Colombia, the six-piece band plans to return in full force.

The concert will be held at the Teatro Metro at 10PM to celebrate Amigos Invisibles’ “Tour 2011: 20 Years of Enjoyment.” For this event, they will also be performing alongside DJ MKC, one of the most well-known producers and hip hop DJ’s in Venezuela. Doors open at 8PM.

The tickets cost $39 (pre-sale) and $51 (day of the event), and are available to purchase online at tuboleta.com.
