Victims of Terrorism speak out

The International Congress for Victims of Terrorism starts this Friday in Medellin. The congress seeks to recover the
individual and the collective memory and to create an awareness that
violence does not happen again.

The Spanish Prince Felipe de Borbon and Colombia’s President Uribe will attend the opening ceremony this Friday.

The meeting, organized by the Visible Victims Foundation and the Sergio
Arboleda University, will bring together 1000 victims and 600 guests
from Spain, Northern Ireland, United States, Rwanda, Mexico, Chile,
Argentina and Colombia.
