Two jazz bands from American universities arrived in Medellin to perform a series of concerts at the city’s Metropolitan Theater.
The University Jazz Festival, organized by the local language / culture institute Colombo Americano and supported by the U.S. embassy, will feature combos from New York City and Amherst, MA that will play a repertoire of New Orleans-style jazz.
