Tim Robbins performs ‘1984’ in Bogota

One of Hollywood’s most talented artists, Tim Robbins, is performing in Bogota from April 3 to 7 for the XIII Iberoamericano Theater Festival.

Robbins along with his theater group The Actor’s Gang will be performing their version of George Orwell’s famous work “1984,” which tells the haunting story of a man accused of treason in a futuristic world of government surveillance and mind-control.

The American actor, best known for his roles in the movies “Mystic River” and “Shawshank Redemption,” will be performing at the Teatro Libre de Chapinero at 8:30PM on April 3, 4, and 6, and at 3:30 and 8:30PM on April 5 and 7.

Ticket prices range between COP40,000 ($22) and COP120,000 ($67) and can be purchased at Tuboleta.
