Two men and one woman, alleged members of ELN who possessed ammunition for rifles, were arrested, said Colombia’s Navy troops and secret police (DAS).Police confiscated some 1,120 long-range military rifle cartridges from the arrested, with 986 in 5.56 mm caliber cartridges and the rest in 7.62 mm type.The three were traveling in a taxi in an urban area in Arauca, known as Las Corocoras, bordering with Venezuela, it said.The 4,500-member ELN is Colombia’s second-largest guerrilla group after the 31,000-strong Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).
