Moscow Ballet on Ice arrives in Medellin

Over 30 performers and technicians from Russia’s capital will arrive in Medellin on Tuesday to put on the spectacular “Moscow Ballet on Ice” at the city’s Teatro Pablo Tobon Uribe.

In a show created by Olympic medal-winners Natalia Bestemianova, Andrei Bukin and Igor Bobrin, ice dancers will perform on some three tons of ice to compositions by Russian greats such as Tchaikovsk and Prokofiev.

After performing in countries around the world, including the United States and Europe, Colombian audiences will have the chance to witness the magical production.

The show will run from February 23 to February 26.
