Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos can count of the approval of 90% of the country’s population, according to a poll held for newscast CM&.
The most recent approval rating is a record for Santos, who won the support of 89% in a poll last month.
The president can count on the support of the vast majority on most of his policies. The only policies where Santos’ approval falls below 70% are corruption, unemployment and the rainy season.
The poll did not provide details on how it was held or among how many people, but previous polls by the same pollster, The National Consultancy Center (CNC), were held among 1,000 men and women of 18 years or older, living in 38 cities in all regions of the country.
