Red Hot Chili Peppers to perform in Colombia

The Red Hot Chili Peppers will be playing Colombia’s capital Bogota in September, a local concert promoter announced Wednesday.

According to Evenpro, the California-based band will be performing on September 11 at the Hipodromo de los Andes in the capital as part of their new world tour to promote the “I’m With You” album that is due to be released on August 30.

The Peppers have been together since 1983 and are famous for their musical mix of funk, rock and punk.
