Navy finds two ‘drug’ submarines

Colombia’s Navy found two submarines, which are used to smuggle
cocaine, in the National Park Sanquianga in the Nariño department.

The two vessels have a capacity to transport at least 16 tons of cocaine and are worth between 1,5 and 2 billion pesos (US$2,5 million) El Espectador reported Thursday.

The Navy discovered three more submarines in the last week, two in the Caribbean Golf of Uraba and one in the Pacific.
