The festival features films and documentaries from all corners of the world and allows movie lovers to enjoy cinematographic art for free.

This year’s edition of the festival will pay tribute to the Colombian director, producer and screenwriter Julio Luzardo, whose career spans over four decades.

Movies will be shown in parks, libraries, universities and culture houses throughout the city. Click here for the full program.
