Medellin police seize high-end weapons

Police in Colombia’s second city, Medellin, said Friday they had seized high-end firearms in a downtown shop.

According to a press release, the police found an American-made 7.62×39 caliber Draco-C pistol and a .40 caliber Glock 23 with an attached laser.

The 40-year old owner of the shop in the area called “El Hueco” (the hole) has a criminal record for illegal arms trafficking and was arrested.
