Lozano sends letter to FARC to negotiate hostages

“We sent a message, a letter with some ideas, some reflections and some initiatives, seeking a way to draw up a proposal for a humanitarian agreement,” said the journalist.

The initiators are still awaiting a response. The letter was sent to FARC-head ‘Alfonso Cano’ days ago,but the rebels’ secretariat still hasn’t responded. “This way of communicating is very slow.
