La-33 launch their third album

Colombian band La-33 will release their third album on Friday December 4 at the Theatron venue in Bogota.

The new album, titled ‘!Ten Cuidado!’, is composed of 11 songs with a sound they claim to be a return to traditional ‘boogaloo’ fused with other genres such as mambo and funk, while maintaining their trademark salsa brava.

The album was recorded in the Audiovision studios in Bogota and then juiced up at Sterling Sound Studios in New York by sound engineer Drew Lavyne, reported entertainment site Shock on Monday.

The launch party at Theatron starts at 9PM on Friday and tickets are on sale for 40,000COP. For this price one can also take home a copy of the brand new album.
