Junior Barranquilla win Colombia soccer league final

Junior Barranquilla won Colombia’s national Liga Postobon Wednesday after beating Once Caldas on penalties.

Junior’s players flawlessly scored five our ot five in the final’s penalty kicks while Once Caldas players John Fredy Pajoy Ortiz and Guillermo Beltran missed theirs.

The penalties were necessary after Caldas won the second leg of the final 2 -1 after having losing 3 -2 in Barranquilla last Sunday.

The Barranquilla team’s victory means it can put its seventh star above the team shield.
