Judge orders ‘El Indio’ to be arrested again

A judge ordered Monday the recapture of ‘El Indio’, the alleged right
hand man of drug kingpin ‘Don Mario’, local media reported. ‘El Indio’ was set free one
months ago
because the State allegedly failed to indict him on time.

John
Freddy ‘El Indio’ Manco Torres and two other suspected criminals are
witnesses in the corruption case against Guillermo Valencia Cossio,
former Medellin district attorney and brother of the Interior and
Justice Minister. Valencia Cossio is accused of having done favors for “Don Mario”.

On July 8, Colombia prosecutors charged the judge who previously ordered the release of ‘El Indio’ for using false arguments leading to the release.
