‘I am innocent’: Murcia

DMG boss David Murcia pleaded not guilty in front of the judge Monday.
He is on trial for illicit enrichment and money laundering charges.

Murcia insisted on his innocence and did not accept any of the charges. The DMG boss said that he is a victim of a conspiracy, local media reported.

The Prosecution, on the other part, noted that there is enough evidence to convict Murcia for all charges.

Murcia’s defense said that they will provide proofs, including a video of President Uribe supporting DMG, which confirm that “DMG is a serious company with no relations to drug trafficking”.
