Giant dinosaurs come to life in Medellin

Dinosaurs have come roaring into Medellin’s interactive Explora Park as part of a special exhibit that will last until January 30.

“The Dinosaur Era” exposition includes a 23-foot-tall, long-necked Brachiosaurus and 26 different animated dinosaur species, that recreate dinosaur sounds and movements from hundreds of millions years past.

The exhibit was created by paleontologists and professors from the Maimonides University and Felix de Azara Istitute in Argentina.

Visitors can mingle with the dinos at Explora Park from 8:30AM until 5:30PM Monday-Friday, and from 10AM until 6:30PM on weekends and holidays. General admission is $8.70 dollars.
