Flamenco musician Diego El Cigala will play in Bogota

The renowned Spanish flamenco singer, Diego El Cigala, will perform in Bogota to promote his new album, “Cigala & Tango,” El Espectador reported Wednesday.

The show starts at 8:00 PM on March 26 in the Gran Salon de Corferias in Bogota.

The musician once referred to by the press as the “Sinatra of flamenco,” recorded “Cigala & Tango” live in Buenos Aires with a list of famous Argentine musicians.

The album contains a range of classic tangos and ultra-contemporary compositions in an attempt to fuse Spanish, flamenco culture with the music of Latin America.
