‘FARC aim to attack Bogota water supply’

“The FARC threaten to attack against an aqueduct which exists in this region, which brings water to more than 14,500 habitants,” claimed Jorge Armando Otalora, Colombia’s Ombudsman, who said the information about the alleged plans had reached his office from citizens living in the northern part of Bogota.

Otalora said the Bogota Mayor’s Office and the government had been notified about the supposed rebel plans.
