Explosions rock central Colombia city; 5 injured

Two bombs rocked the central Colombian city of Ibague Sunday. The terrorist attacks left five people injured and significant material damage.

The first explosion took place at 10AM inside a supermarket in the capital of the Tolima department, 80 miles west of Bogota. The explosion injured at least two policemen and two civilians, one of whom an 9-year-old girl.

The second bomb exploded hours later inside a city bus that was about to enter the terminal. While the bus was destroyed by the explosive, the driver was able to leave his vehicle unharmed.

Local police have offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to the perpetrators of the attacks.
